Disclaimer
Last updated: April 2026. This page summarizes how Food Unified relates to businesses and customers on the platform. It is not legal advice.
Independent businesses
Restaurants and other food businesses listed on Food Unified are independent operators. Food Unified provides software and discovery tools; it does not prepare food, set prices, fulfill orders, or handle payments on behalf of those businesses unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.
Transactions between you and the business
Food Unified is not a party to any agreement, sale, or payment between a customer and a business. Any order, delivery, refund, tax, tip, or dispute is between the customer and that business (and any payment or delivery providers they use). You should treat each business like any other merchant you find online: confirm you are comfortable with who they are and what they offer before you order or pay.
Verify before you trust
Customers are responsible for checking that a business is legitimate and suitable for them—for example identity, location, menu, allergens, hours, and any licenses or ratings that matter to you. Only place orders or make payments if you trust the business. If something looks wrong, do not proceed and consider contacting the business or support through channels shown on the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Unified and its operators disclaim liability arising from third-party businesses, customer interactions with them, food quality or safety, delivery, payments, or disputes between users. Use of the platform is at your own risk; nothing on this site replaces your own judgment or professional advice where appropriate.
